West service road Empty West service road

Vehicles from the service road should be allowed to merge with the road that ends from the skyway along zapote road. That way only cars making a left into filinvest will have to by the stoplight along the bellevue road. Tricycles and jeeps always crowd that road. Also, maybe the service road can end up being two way again like it used to.
