DR Appointment Empty DR Appointment

I have a Doctor Appointment on Monday Aug. 2, 8 am at the US VA clinic Roxas Blvd. I will be traveling from Cavite. I have an appointment letter from the Clinic. Will I be allowed to use my POV?
