SWERVING

it would seem that the MMDA traffic enforcer is not aware of the definition of this term. the enforcer apprehends people who change/shift lane(one lane) to the right. but does not apprehend those changing/shifting one lane to the left. and when a vehicle changes/shifts straight two lanes, mostly buses or vehicles coming out of a side street, which is actually swerving and very dangerous, no attempt to apprehend is made.

So we can have a formal definition of this term? and can we disseminate is properly to ensure that no traffic enforcers misinterprets this rule again?
